As a Job Developer, your responsibilities involve fostering relationships with clients, employers, and community agencies to secure employment opportunities, while also maintaining records, generating reports, and participating in business service planning. You’ll ensure clients’ rights are respected and protected, while fulfilling any other duties as assigned.
In this role, you’ll deliver housekeeping services aligned with client care plans, encompassing tasks like light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and seasonal chores. Additionally, you’ll provide approved errand services such as picking up dry cleaning and grocery shopping to meet client needs.
