1. Who will be there?

2. Who can attend the Job Fair+?
Everyone is welcome to attend this FREE event! Whether you’re an employer looking to hire, and organization seeking volunteers, or an educator offering skill-building opportunities, this event is designed to foster meaningful connections.
3. Do I need to register?
- Exhibitors: (employers, volunteer organizations, and educators) must register in advance. You can register above or by contacting the MSC at 519-842-9008 ext. 291
- Attendees: You do not need to register beforehand. Simply check in when you arrive at the event!
4. What should I bring?
- Exhibitors: A standard table will be provided for your booth. You’re welcome to bring promotional materials, signage, and giveaways – just ensure everything fits within your booth space. Limited access to power is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact us early if you require an outlet.
- Job Seekers: Bring multiple copies of your resume, and if applicable, a portfolio showcasing your skills and experience. Not sure if your resume is ready? The MSC can help – contact us today!
5. Is there a cost to attend?
No! The Job Fair+ is completely FREE for job seekers and attendees. Employers and organizations will receive exhibitor registration details, including optional sponsorship opportunities upon inquiry.
6. Will there be on-the-spot interviews?
Some employers may offer on-the-spot interviews, while others will collect resumes and follow up afterward. Be prepared – dress professionally and bring copies of your resume! Even if you don’t have an interview right away, it will still be an opportunity to build connections and make that important first impression.
7. Can I get help with my job search before the event?
Absolutely – the MSC offers free employment services, including resume reviews, interview prep, and job search assistance. Contact us today at 519-842-9008 ext. 291 to book an appointment before the Job Fair+ so you can arrive prepared!
