The Canada-Ontario Job Grant provides direct financial support to individual employers or employer consortia who wish to purchase training for their employees. It is available to small, medium, and large businesses with a plan to deliver short-term training to existing and new employees. Our Job Developers can assist you with access the province’s application portal and offer continued support with accessing funding and the training your business needs offer to their employees. This program can also be accessed when considering a new hire that needs to upskill prior to meeting requirements in an Offer of Employment letter from your company.
